Qualifications

• Experience operating a press brake or similar metal fabrication equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret prints and tolerances.
• Familiarity with ISO policies and safety rules.
• Accurate documentation and data entry into ERP.

Responsibilities

• Produce metal fabricated parts to customer print specifications using standard processes.
• Record machine code errors and communicate performance issues to PB Technician or shift supervisor.
• Inspect parts using calipers, pin gauges, and check fixtures per print and PIP.
• Read prints to understand tolerances, geometry, material thickness and special instructions.
• Label work in process and finished parts according to ISO policy.
• Separate and label non-conforming parts according to ISO policy.
• Enter job information, quantities and inspection results into ERP accurately.
• Clock in and out of attendance systems.
