Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Investment theory and portfolio management knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems and portfolio software (Tamarac/Black Diamond/Orion) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; concise communication.
• Ability to resolve issues professionally and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Set up new clients in rebalancing software and implement their portfolios.
• Execute daily trading and portfolio management responsibilities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage settlement dates, negative balances, trading restrictions, and margins.
