Job summary

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent; two-year college or technical school acceptable.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Familiar with QA software and gauging/measurement systems.
• Knowledge of pump components and how they affect performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform first article inspection with visual and dimensional analysis.
• Operate gauges and inspection methods per Quality Control Manual.
• Support Process Engineering with analyses like Gauge R&R and DOE.
• Use CMMs and other measuring equipment in the lab.
• Assist manufacturing with quality-related problems.
• Receive inspection duties as assigned.
• Read part drawings/schematics and follow work rules.
