Job summary

Bosch Power Tools in West Memphis is seeking a Pick Packer to assemble, configure, and package products per customer specifications. You will ensure labeling accuracy, follow work instructions, and maintain quality during packing and shipping within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and reliable attendance. Experience in manufacturing or packaging is preferred, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Read and follow written work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per 5S and safety policies.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, configure, and customize products per customer specifications and deadlines.
• Package finished products and apply labels per requirements; verify order accuracy.
• Track inventory usage and notify needed replenishment to avoid delays.
• Conduct visual quality checks on products and packaging and report defects.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to resolve issues.
