Responsibilities

• Repair door dings, creases, hail damage, and minor body dents while preserving factory paint.
• Inspect incoming vehicles and determine repair method required.
• Work with recon manager and body shop team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Inspect repaired panels for quality control.
• Safely operate and maintain PDR tools.
• Focus on vehicles closest to retail-ready status.
• Provide repair assessments and timelines to management.
