Job summary

Rocket EMS is seeking a Third Operations Operator to support post‑production processing in our Santa Clara PCBA manufacturing facility. You will perform depaneling, press‑fit, mechanical assembly, hardware installation, and related value‑added steps before final inspection and shipment.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow work instructions, and comfort working with printed circuit boards, hand tools, fixtures, and production equipment. ESD compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or PCBA assembly preferred.
• Able to read and follow work instructions, travelers, and drawings.
• Comfortable with hand tools and basic production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot workmanship issues.
• Familiarity with ESD procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform depaneling and press‑fit operations per instructions.
• Conduct mechanical assembly including hardware installation and labeling.
• Inspect boards for workmanship during post‑production tasks.
• Follow travelers, drawings, and quality requirements.
• Use tools and fixtures safely and report defects or concerns.
