You can choose between 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, with an extra $2.00 per hour for 12-hour shifts, and perform part processing including trimming, cutting, drilling, deburring and finishing formed parts.

You will load and monitor thermoforming and compression machinery, measure parts for width and length to spec, flag non-conforming pieces, and prepare finished parts for

• Pick your schedule: choose 10-hour or 12-hour shifts; 12-hour shifts earn an extra $2.00 per hour.
• Part Processing: Trim, cut, drill, deburr and finish formed parts using drill presses, miter saws, table saws, routers and hand tools.
• Machine Support: Load, unload and monitor thermoforming and compression machinery to keep parts moving.
• Precision and Quality: Measure and inspect parts against width, length and spec requirements, including custom modifications.
• Prep and Pack: Label, stage and package finished parts so they ship accurate, clean and on time.
• Operational Excellence: Work with your team to hit goals for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
