Job summary

Summit Pump in Green Bay, WI, is seeking an Order Picker for our warehouse team. You will accurately pick and prepare orders per BOM, support assembly, and help maintain strict safety and quality standards.

You'll operate forklifts and pallet jacks, handle lifting up to 50 pounds, and work a 40-hour, day shift Monday-to-Friday. Prior warehouse experience and attention to detail are essential; join us for reliable pay and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is required.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and prepare orders for assembly according to customer specifications and bill of materials.
• Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move products safely.
• Maintain organization within the warehouse by ensuring that products are stored in their designated locations.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are reported.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
