Job summary

Glenn Rieder Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Panel Saw Operator to cut and machine parts for Assembly using a panel saw and software, reading blueprints to ensure accurate data entry.

You will execute millwork jobs, program other shop machinery, and work both independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment, with attention to detail and safety standards.

The position requires lift capability up to 50 pounds, plus passing physical, drug, audiogram tests and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read blueprints, interior design, and architectural drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under tight time constraints, demanding schedules, and prioritize.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and materials to ensure that the correct data is entered into the Panel saw machine when operating.
• Execute millwork jobs utilizing the Panel saw machine.
• Required to operate and program other shop machinery, including, but not limited to edge bander saw, and panel press.
