Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Paints parts consistent with customer and internal quality needs.
• Applies powder per standard mill thickness and line monitor instructions.
• Read and understand paint inspection equipment (film gauges, delta E-meter, gloss meter).
• Maintain and clean equipment and work area; ensure no color transfer.
• Clean paint booth and guns; prevent color mix-ups.
• Assist other departments when there are no parts to paint or line is stopped.
• Follow line monitor instructions for powder color and application.
