Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Able to stand for long periods in a manufacturing setting.
• Fluent English with good verbal and written communication.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Pack molded production parts into boxes per specifications.
• Obtain packing supplies from designated spots at each machine.
• Assemble, label, and move boxes through the tape machine.
• Visually inspect parts for quality defects before boxing.
• Relieve Packers during breaks and cover absenteeism.
• Assist with line clearance and disposition of non-conforming products.
• Sort offline production parts as directed by Cell Leaders.
• Complete line inspection form and line clearance checklist during product changes.
• Weigh and record scrap and label scrap appropriately.
• Relieve other Packers for breaks and unplanned coverage.
