Job summary

Mountville Mills, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented associate to ensure rapid data capture and accurate scanning results in a busy production environment.

You will inspect outputs for quality, maintain records of scanned files and job orders, follow safety SOPs, and keep your area clean and organized in line with 5S/lean standards, contributing to quality and innovation. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to coordinate with operators and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software quickly.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions and production orders.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to e.g., 30 lbs as needed.
• Manufacturing/production environment with moderate noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all scanned data is accurate, complete, and properly stored in the system.
• Inspect scanned outputs for quality assurance and make corrections when necessary.
• Maintain records of scanned files, job orders, and workflow progress.
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep work area clean and organized, adhering to company 5S/lean standards.
