Job summary

Curio Wellness Corporation in Missouri Heights is seeking a Packaging Associate to package and label products according to standards and specifications. You will set up the work cell, perform 5S, and maintain accurate documents while supporting daily production goals.

You will restock materials, verify labels and batch records, and work with chemicals in a fragrance‑tamiliar environment. Overtime/weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Package and label products according to standards and specs.
• Set up the work cell per layout and placement.
• Perform 5S to keep a safe, clean workplace.
• Complete and review production-related documents accurately.
• Restock inventory of production materials to meet goals.
• Count inventory to maintain accuracy across materials and finished goods.
• Reconcile labels and batch records during shifts.
• Maintain proper labeling, storage, and use of chemicals.
• Operate equipment safely per SOPs.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks per SOPs.
• Conduct scale verifications as required by specs.
• Keep reliable records: batch records, charts, sheets, etc.
• End-of-shift cleanup including sanitation tasks.
• Contribute to special projects and cross-functional brainstorming.
• Escalate problems to Group Leader or Production Manager.
• Maintain positive, productive work culture; adhere to GMP and hygiene.
• Overtime or weekend work as needed.
• Comply with HR policies including confidentiality and NDA.
