HW Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator in Scotia NY to run and monitor Beamsaw, Upcut saw, Drill Press and Band saw in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will follow production schedules, inspect quality and contribute to a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment, such as Beamsaw, Upcut saw, Drill Press and Band saw
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Carefully follow production schedules and quality control procedures to meet customer specifications
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient manufacturing process
