Job summary

Tramec Sloan is seeking an Order Verifier - Material Handler to ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials, verifying quality, quantity and specifications in line with established procedures.

The role involves packing orders, labeling products, using UPS WorldShip and FedEx systems, and working with Epicor on the Customer Shipment Entry screen, in close collaboration with the warehouse team.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse experience preferred in manufacturing.
• Ability to use scanner devices and computer literacy is required.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Good math skills; able to read and count accurately.
• Good reading and comprehension skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all staff levels.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Verifying and packing out customer orders.
• Counting and labeling products per customer specs.
• Working with UPS WorldShip and FedEx systems.
• Using Epicor on the Customer Shipment Entry screen.
• Collaborating with the warehouse team.
• Using RF scanner transactions as needed.
• Adhering to the Quality System and ensuring products meet customer requirements.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
• May work different shifts, overtime and weekends.
