Job summary

Nordson Industrial Coating Solutions is seeking an experienced assembler to join our production team in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You will follow established procedures, read schematics, use hand tools, and perform final assembly with attention to quality and safety.

You will work with measuring devices and test setups to ensure assemblies meet specifications, troubleshoot basic issues, and cross-train for other lines as needed. This role emphasizes reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• General assembly experience desired.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Follow established assembly procedures to ensure quality production.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to assemble components.
• Use hand and small power tools to assemble components.
• Assemble components, fixtures, and accessories according to specifications.
• Perform final assembly and test readiness checks.
• Use measuring devices to ensure quality and accuracy of assemblies.
• Set up test apparatus and conduct tests of production assemblies.
• Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and resolve alignment problems.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Cross-train to support other product lines as needed.
