Job summary

AHF is seeking a Mixing Operator responsible for accurately weighing and mixing raw materials for SPC flooring production. This role requires strict adherence to safety and quality standards while operating high-speed mixers and handling materials safely.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, and familiarity with SPC flooring or similar materials. A commitment to safety in an industrial environment is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or material batching/mixing operations preferred.
• Experience in SPC flooring, plastics, PVC compounding, or extrusion is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Follow all plant safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Safely handle powders and chemical additives.
• Maintain proper dust control and housekeeping practices.
• Operate high-speed mixers and monitor mixing parameters.
• Maintain batch records and production logs.

Skills

Ability to follow detailed material formulations and batch instructions

Basic math and measurement skills

Ability to operate industrial mixing equipment

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Forklift experience

Education

High School Diploma or GED preferred

1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or material batching/mixing operations
