Job summary

Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Fabricator/MIG Welder to produce high-quality precision sheet metal parts. You will interpret blueprints, set up and operate MIG welding equipment, and fit, tack, and weld components to tight tolerances.

You'll work in a team-based environment, follow safety and quality procedures, and maintain a clean, organized work area while developing advanced fabrication and welding skills.

Qualifications

• Interpret blueprints and drawings to determine part specs and welding requirements.
• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to join sheet metal components.
• Perform basic measurements and inspections to ensure part tolerances.
• Follow safety and quality procedures to maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement in fabrication processes.
