Job summary

Webco Manufacturing is seeking a skilled MIG Welder/Fabricator to produce precision sheet metal components for custom projects. You will read blueprints, set up welding equipment, and perform MIG welding on various metals to meet tight tolerances.

You will assist with layout, cutting, forming, and fitting, inspect parts for quality, and follow safety and 5S standards while collaborating with engineering and assembly teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
