Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate company equipment, machines, and tools in a safe manner.
• Read cut sheets and verify material, measurement, and part type.
• Construct templates or mock-ups as needed.
• Program sheet metal brake with correct measurements and angles.
• Double check design specifications and measurements before cutting.
• Operate shear and brake in a safe manner.
• Stack, label, and package parts for pick up.
• Prepare ACM panels for construction by attaching extruded aluminum clips.
• Maintain quality by checking panels for damage and reporting issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and dispose of chemicals properly.
• Operate a forklift if certified and required.
• Ensure quality control through checks and balances.
