Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a reliable Saw Operator to join our production team. You will operate band saws to cut metal bar stock to precise specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates read work orders and blueprints, measure materials with tape measures and precision tools, and work safely with overhead cranes or forklifts when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or saw operation preferred.
• Ability to read tape measures and use precision measuring tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate band saws and other cutting equipment to process metal bar materials.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and measuring tools.
• Measure and verify material dimensions to ensure accurate cuts.
• Load and unload materials safely using overhead crane or forklift when needed.
• Inspect finished materials for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment issues promptly.
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet deadlines.
