Endeavor Health in Glenview, IL invites an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) to lead a precision medicine clinic within Urology research. You will evaluate PRS results, coordinate care, and provide risk-stratified counseling for high-risk patients, while supporting research data collection.

The role blends clinical and research duties, requiring collaboration with Urology, Cardiology, and Gastroenterology teams. A master’s-level program, IL APN/PA license, and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, documentation, and time-management abilities to support clinical and research duties.
• Strong collaboration across a multidisciplinary team of specialists, researchers, and administrators.
• Licensed APN or PA in IL with BLS/CPR certification and relevant clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up visits to review PRS results and implications for risk.
• Order diagnostic tests and manage test follow-up and guideline-based therapies.
• Coordinate with Urology, Cardiology, and Gastroenterology teams on actionable findings.
• Maintain clinic workflows, scheduling, and recruitment for GHI participants.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SOPs and IRB requirements.
