Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Machine Operator II to help manufacture precision trauma device components and support patient mobility. You will set up, operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including lathes, mills, gun drills, and soldering machines, while ensuring quality and calibration standards.

Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, conducting gauge inspections, and collaborating with production teams to improve efficiency and throughput in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment, including lathes, milling and soldering equipment; perform routine maintenance.
• Conduct gauge inspections and verify calibration.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with production and leadership to improve efficiency, quality and throughput.
