Job summary

Globus Medical, through Branch Medical Group, seeks an assembler to visually inspect and assemble small machined components for spinal and orthopedic devices. You will deburr, clean edges, polish surfaces, and ensure assemblies meet tight specifications in a fast-paced environment.

Assemble I–IV levels with growing complexity, document quality checks, and uphold Lean and GMP standards while collaborating with a skilled manufacturing team to deliver reliable medical devices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in GMP environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and follow procedures and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects machined components using stereo-microscope.
• Measures and inspects medical device products per specifications.
• Assembles sub-components into finished assemblies per procedures.
• Uses hand tools to deburr and assemble parts.
• Ensures quality documentation and inspection sheets are accurate.
• Adheres to GMP, Lean, and company policies.
• Maintains compliance with applicable regulations.
