Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assembly or related manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or assembly drawings.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble bearings, shafts, gearboxes, and related mechanical components according to specifications and drawings.
• Use hand and power tools, measuring devices, and fixtures to complete assemblies safely and accurately.
• Perform bearing installation, alignment, and fit-up for reliable operation.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to plan assembly tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area; report discrepancies.
