Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for our client in Mukilteo, WA. The role focuses on assembling small mechanical structures to extremely tight tolerances using schematics and blueprints, and performing testing and rework as needed.

The position requires 1–3 years of experience and an Associate degree in Manufacturing or equivalent. Clean room experience is a plus, with a Mon–Fri shift from 5:30am to 2:00pm and a pay range of $19–$23 hourly.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing or equivalent practical background.
• 1–3 years of experience with small mechanical assemblies to tight tolerances.
• Clean room experience is a plus and attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small mechanical structures to tight tolerances per specifications.
• Use drawings and schematics to assemble, modify, test, and rework assemblies.
• Identify assembly issues and report to improve procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
