Job summary

Tri-Mach Group Inc. seeks an Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble, fit, align, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical components for sanitary stainless steel systems used in food, beverage, and pharma industries.

This role requires attention to drawings, use of basic hand and power tools, and the ability to work quickly in a collaborative, safety-minded environment. Prior assembly experience is preferred, with opportunities to grow in continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education and/or relevant work experience.
• Prior assembly experience.
• Welding and fabrication experience is an asset.
• Ability to read drawings is a strong asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, fits, and aligns mechanical assemblies.
• Review kit and drawings for completeness.
• Follow diagrams to assemble parts and report issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical assemblies.
• Perform quality inspections.
• Assist in wash bay and prep material for assembly.
• Support continuous improvement teams.
• Assist with loading/unloading of freight.
• Handle manual material handling, packaging, and crating.
