Qualifications

• Trade school diploma in a mechanical discipline or 1–3 years of industrial experience.
• 3–5 years of assembly or machine-tool experience with tight tolerances preferred.
• Experience using basic metrology equipment (calipers, micrometers).
• Blueprint reading and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Machine assembly (primary priority).
• Operate wire winding machine (secondary priority).
• Collaborate with engineering/manufacturing teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Take precise measurements using calipers/micrometers and other metrology tools.
• Adhere to quality control directives and safety policies.
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
• Contribute ideas to continuous improvement initiatives and 5S program.
