Job summary

Our client is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join their manufacturing team. You will build precision sheet metal assemblies, follow engineering drawings, and use measuring tools to ensure proper fit and quality.

This role offers a 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM shift with competitive hourly pay and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. A strong attention to detail and tool experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing instructions.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Build precision sheet metal assemblies, chassis, cabinets, enclosures, and electromechanical products following detailed instructions and engineering drawings.
• Fit, align, and secure components to meet strict product specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of material to complete tasks accurately.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to ensure high-quality assembly.
• Perform product inspections to verify proper fit, alignment, and workmanship, supporting quality assurance efforts.
