Qualifications

• Basic mechanical assembly knowledge.
• Ability to read calipers and tape measures.
• Experience with hand tools (saw, grinder, sander).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (standing, bending, lifting 50 lbs regularly).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six months of assembly/general labor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble items to meet customer requirements and support production schedule.
• Inspect components and first articles for conformance.
• Verify assemblies meet drawings and QC tolerances.
• Communicate with operators, supervisors, engineers, and management.
• Accurately process production records, inventory, and time sheets.
• Complete QC documentation and records.
• Maintain fixtures and tooling integrity.
• Keep production records, inventory, and reports up to date.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.
• Keep all work areas clean, orderly and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
