Job summary

Three Bears Alaska, Inc. is seeking meat cutters to cut and trim raw meat for sale, using band saws and knives, while delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes stock replenishment, merchandising, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Experience with meat equipment and strong sanitation practices are valued, and various shifts including evenings and weekends may apply. This is an in-store, in-person position at multiple Alaska locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Handling Certification required by local government.

Responsibilities

• Cut and trim meat to Three Bears specification using band saw and knives.
• Operate tenderizing machine.
• Stock meat case per plan for product presentation and merchandising.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Maintain sanitation and proper temperatures in all areas.
