• Evaluates quality and maintains sanitary workspace.
• Ensures products comply with USDA guidelines.
• Receives and stores meat and ensures quality and freshness.
• Notifies supervisor of issues affecting quality.
• Meets productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
