Job summary

Champion Window is seeking a skilled Carpenter / Measure Technician to accurately measure customer homes for installations and complete service jobs, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will combine carpentry know-how with precise measurement skills on site to support installations and repairs.

Collaborate with homeowners and management to coordinate repairs, track installation services, and ensure safe, compliant work practices while delivering top-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, construction trade school a plus.
• 3–5 years in home improvement/construction involving carpentry, roofing & window installation.
• Experience in use of a brake, and other hand tools such as utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Math skills including using a tape measure and angles.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Measures for products at customer homes.
• Repairs windows, siding, and sunrooms.
• Order and tracks repair / installation services.
• Assist Management reporting and communication, as requested.
• Interacts with homeowners to service their home-improvement needs.
• Safely performs all aspects of job in compliance with all federal, state & local laws.
