Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (~38°F).
  • Stand for up to 10 hours per shift.
  • Lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Read and follow plating guides, recipes, and production instructions.
  • Food production, restaurant, meal prep, or catering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and plate meals according to plating guides and portion standards.
  • Accurately portion ingredients using scales, scoops, and measuring tools.
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
  • Work at a steady pace while maintaining accuracy and food safety compliance.
  • Communicate shortages, inconsistencies, or production concerns to leadership.
  • Follow sanitation, food safety, and GMP procedures with no-compromise standards.
  • Maintain organized and clean workstations throughout shifts.
  • Support food rotation and minimize food waste.
  • Work collaboratively with production team members and supervisors.
  • Complete additional production-related duties as assigned.
