Job summary

Tempur Sealy in Phoenix designs and manufactures bedding products, including Tempur-Pedic, Sealy and Stearns & Foster, with a focus on comfort and quality. The role is a hands-on assembly position in a two-person team, building encased mattress units and applying components using a glue gun and hog rings.

You will move products on and off the line, follow safety guidelines, refill glue as needed, and support continuous production in a factory environment.

Qualifications

• No specific degree required; ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assembles encased coil mattress units by attaching sides, ends, and bottom to the unit.
• Installs FR socks on hybrid style units as required.
• Maintains a clean work area and follows safety procedures.
• Refills glue pot as needed throughout the day.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
