Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a hands-on Warehouse/Materials Operator in Houston, TX to operate heavy forklifts, load/unload trucks, and maintain precise inventory records. You will support onboarding of new operators and help move between departments as needed.

Responsibilities include hands-on metalwork tasks (painting, grinding, deburring) and operating production equipment while maintaining a clean, orderly space in the warehouse, shop, and yard. Training on overhead cranes is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy forklifts to lift, move, and stack materials with accuracy and care.
• Load and unload trucks with tight inventory control and shipping/receiving documentation.
• Perform regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs immediately.
