Responsibilities

• Test and inspect materials before packaging.
• Match products to drawings, photographs, pick tickets, and specifications.
• Arrange, label, wrap, and package materials in the required order.
• Clean stainless steel, galvanized iron, and other metal products, ensuring they are free of residue and ready for packaging.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare metal products for shipment.
• Verify product quantities, part numbers, finishes, and overall condition.
• Accurately report inventory usage and discrepancies during the picking and packing process.
• Maintain organized materials, work areas, tools, and packaging supplies.
• Safely move and handle metal products using approved material-handling equipment.
• Use of hand tools like grinders and chisels to debur welds.
• Perform additional warehouse and general labor duties as assigned.
