Job summary

Redwood Logistics, LLC is seeking a 2nd shift Material Handler to perform intralogistics picking, replenishment, inbound receiving and inventory control in our Chicago-area warehouse. You will operate reach trucks and RF scanners, ensure ERP entries are accurate, and support production schedules in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing support experience.
• 5 years operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) – sit down forklift, reach truck, riding electric pallet jack
• Experience with inbound receiving, inventory control, or internal material delivery.
• Able to read and interpret shipping documents.
• Forklift certified.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck to pick, replenish, and stage materials for production cells.
• Deliver materials accurately and on time to support manufacturing flow.
• Perform system-directed picking using RF scanners.
• Maintain inventory accuracy during picking and replenishment.
• Execute put-away and bin consolidation as required.
• Maintain safe equipment operation and clean work areas.
• Assist with receiving or trailer unloading and put away as needed.
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and safety KPI’s.
