You will work with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to translate advanced designs into repeatable, high-quality systems. The role emphasizes following structured processes, adhering to 5S and cleanroom procedures, and contributing to prototype and low-volume production builds.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with precision tools, fixtures, and measurement equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, integrate, and test complex electro-mechanical, vacuum, and precision assemblies.
• Identify, document, and escalate build issues, deviations, or nonconformances.
• Troubleshoot and repair returned components.
• Collaborate with instrumentation and engineering to improve build processes.
• Support prototype, pilot, and low-volume production builds.
• Maintain build records and test results per quality systems.
• Maintain clean lab work stations and follow 5S and safety protocols.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Department Manager.
