Shifts include days, evenings, or weekends depending on production needs, with 1st/2nd/3rd shifts and Centennial 12-hour options. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $15.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months plus experience as an INDUSTRIAL MACHINE OPERATOR.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery according to company standards.
• Inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors or quality control teams.
• Adhere to schedule and meet productivity goals.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor mechanical issues.
