Job summary

BD in USA NE - Columbus (West) is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our on-site team. You will perform product inspections, operate equipment, manage material movements, and maintain GMP standards while supporting continuous line operation.

The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to read, speak, and write English. In-office presence is expected most weeks; training and safety are prioritized, with competitive pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to maximize effectiveness and optimize task methods.
• Perform visual inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Take part in changeovers, line clearance and cleaning; maintain quality and GMP standards.
• Process SAP and MES transactions for the department.
• Assist in root cause analysis and maintain compliant documentation.
