Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic tool knowledge.
• Ability to stand and work for several hours at a time.
• Capable of lifting 50-75 lbs.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and to prioritize workload.
• Works an 8 hour work schedule, with overtime as needed.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Precisely assemble units or parts using hand tools and light power tools and equipment, completing work in a timely manner.
• Fit, align, calibrate and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet product operating requirements.
• Repair units, structures and products that fail to meet requirements and standards.
• Perform testing of assembled units and implement QA and QC standards.
• Observe all safety rules and practices.
• Organize work area and maintain its cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Perform other responsibilities as requested.
