Qualifications

• Must read blueprints, technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in basic math: fractions, decimals, tolerances, measurements.
• Good problem-solving skills in non-standard situations.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses, welders, and balancing equipment.
• Perform turning, milling, threading, boring, drilling, grinding and dynamic balancing.
• Read blueprints to ensure accurate machining and assembly of components.
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges) to verify dimensions.
• Weld (MIG, TIG, Stick, Oxy-Acetylene) and metal spray processes as needed.
• Document measurements and work performed to company standards.
