Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial machinist experience
• Knowledge of common metal properties
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to perform precision measurements
• Welding proficiency (Stick, TIG, MIG) as needed
• Ability to apply quality audit procedures and defect analysis

Responsibilities

• Produce metal parts for repair of mechanical equipment.
• Operate manual milling machines, lathes, and related shop equipment per blueprints.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to fabricate precision parts.
• Perform precision measurements with machinist tools and inspection equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and apply practical repair solutions.
• Follow safety and standard operating procedures; keep area organized.
