This position involves setting up and operating machining and grinding equipment while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, have mathematical skills, and ideally, experience in manual grinding of carbide-coated parts. The role requires the ability to read blueprints and perform basic machine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate machining, grinding, and finishing equipment.
• Must be able to read blueprints and setup requirements.
• Experience with OD/ID grinding of carbide coated parts is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Select and secure holding fixtures and cutting tools.
• Calculate and set controls for machining factors.
