Responsibilities

• Ensures raw materials are fed into the machine accurately to prevent issues
• Performs functions of machine to include loading media, wires, cutting and boxing product
• Keep records of production quantities and time
• Ensures safety, quality and manufacturing goals are met
• Ensures plant floor is clean and organized for a safe working environment
• Monitors machinery to ensure equipment is running smoothly, appropriately and efficiently and notifies leadership when issues occur
• Maintains standard production rates, low waste and meet customer requirements
• Performs routine inspections of equipment and quality checks
• Checks output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws and ensures highest quality
