• Ability to lift and carry 20 to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the entire duration of your shift.
• Experience - Previous machine experience preferred.
• Must be able to achieve productivity rates.
• Attention to detail, good communication skills, and comfortable with computer applications.
• Ability to use a ruler properly.
• Ability to work in teams or alone, ability to motivate other team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate the machine and lead the overall product outcome associated with the machine.
• Ensure that product is produced to customer requirements.
• Ensure machines run at best speed without sacrificing safety or quality.
• Verify and communicate product standards and work standards to execute production.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities to boost centers' performance.
• Work in a team environment and cross-train with others.
• Receive training to advance your career.
