Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Hopkins, MN is seeking a Machine Operator for regular shifts: Monday–Thursday 6:00 am–3:30 pm and Friday 6:00 am–10:00 am, paying $20 per hour. You will operate production machines, load/unload parts, and adjust equipment to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (read/write/speak).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production and manufacturing machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Load and unload product or parts.
• Adjust equipment as required to produce acceptable product.
• Conduct quality checks to assure acceptability of product or process using standard precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of standard machine shop inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, visual comparator and CMM.
• Utilize appropriate material handling to prevent degradation of product during the production process.
