QP Manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator for 1st shift to run Swiss machines and produce high-precision components. You will perform tool offsets, load materials, and inspect parts to ensure quality while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience is a plus, but not required - we will train the right person.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• On-site work at Newbury, Ohio location.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines (turning, milling, multi-axis mill turning) to produce precision components.
• Perform minor tool offsets and material loading as required.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area, ensuring equipment is well-maintained.
• Ensure all operations are performed safely following SOPs.
