Training is provided and no prior experience is required beyond a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include machine setup, loading materials, performing inspections, and troubleshooting process issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines (turning, milling, multi-axis) to produce precision components.
• Perform minor tool offsets and load materials as required.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot process issues and maintain clean, safe work area.
